Instruction for pulse mode:

• Press the MODE button until you see the word PULSE at the top of the screen.
• Put two of your fingers on to the top & bottom part of metal sensor where is on the watch cover as much as possible
• Apply weight evenly on surface of metal
• Under cold or dry weather, rub hands before measurement. Cold or dry skin gives weaker signal
